LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday expressed grief over the death of Dr Muzaffar Ahmed, a renowned scientist and former professor emeritus Zoology Department of Punjab University.
In a condolence message, the CM prayed that may Allah rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
The CM said that the great entomologist late Dr Muzaffar Ahmed achieved a prominent place in the world through his research and won laurels for the country. He added by saying that the services of the deceased would be remembered forever.
